During my time as IT Manager at BAC Systems Pty Ltd, I successfully led the transformation of the company's IT infrastructure from a small business scale to that of a medium-sized business, focusing on tuning the modern technologies available in today's world to meet the requirements of business operations. My responsibilities included managing connectivity, server administration, network optimisation, cloud platform management, and implementing Enterprise Resource Planning software.
One of the key milestones was the successful commissioning of the company's first ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, resulting in a significant improvement in business operations. Additionally, I managed interdisciplinary projects critical to the company's operations, such as migrating the company's copper telephone lines to IP base phones and, similarly, with the company's analogue cameras system to enterprise-grade hardware provided by Verkada.
Moreover, I demonstrated my interdisciplinary by supporting other business areas, such as engineering projects, through my extensive experience with 3D CAD systems and graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as peripheral areas such as the alarm system and monitoring the company's energy generation and consumption.
